Vice President of Asia

Overview: Intuition Software Solutions Limited is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Asia to oversee and drive operational excellence in this region. This role will focus on managing operations across Asia, ensuring seamless delivery, financial stability, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in online gambling, corporate finance, and operations management. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all operational aspects of the Asia gaming markets, with a focus on improving efficiency and profitability. Oversee business strategy implementation, focusing on market growth, cost management, and business development. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term goals, including product innovation and competitive positioning within the online gambling sector. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling to ensure sustained growth. Drive the company's expansion efforts in key markets, including market entry strategy, regulatory compliance, and partnerships. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance corporate finance operations and streamline reporting processes. Ensure that operational activities comply with industry regulations and corporate policies, particularly in the fast-paced and highly regulated gambling industry. Key Qualifications: Extensive experience in senior operational roles within the online gambling or gaming industry. Proven track record of success in corporate finance, business control, and operations management across international markets. Expertise in managing large-scale operations, particularly within Asia markets, with a focus on profitability and efficiency. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks within the online gambling sector and ability to navigate complex compliance requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams across multiple regions. Advanced financial acumen with a background in controlling, forecasting, and reporting. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years experience within the gambling / iGaming industry and 5+ years within the Asia market. Masters of Bachelors degree required.
