Job Description

Our client seeks a Client Services Associate to join their team. Role Profile:The successful candidate will be part of a Customer Service team, the departmentis responsible for all aspects of product administration and relationshipmanagement. Key Responsibilities: Actively contribute to the successful deliveryof the departmental objectives along with your own personal business objectivesand performance development plan. Be a team player and contribute to the 'oneteam' approach across all of Client Services. Take ownership of and resolve anyqueries through to a satisfactory conclusion. Support ongoing reviews andupdating of procedures within the team and department. Responsible for theaccurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks provided. Support theapproach of full ownership of customer and adviser queries from receipt untilthe customer's expectations have been satisfied. Ensure pended work is reviewed,chased and closed within expected timescale. Proactive, solutions-based approachto understanding issues which arise, and able to implement actions according toadministrative policies and Procedure. Timely and professional contact withstakeholders should be maintained at all times. Assist in developing,implementing and sharing best practices. Contribute to a proactive workingculture. Be part of an innovative culture to problem solving. Take personalresponsibility for data integrity. Key Skills and Experience: Highlyself-motivated individual who is willing to participate and actively assist inimproving current processes. Be passionate about delivering excellent customerservice. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Competent inMicrosoft applications: Including Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel.Experience in handling external telephone calls with both clients andindependent financial advisors desirable. Ability to manage and prioritise ownworkload in a fast-paced environment and be able to make decisions within theremit of their role desirable. Previous experience in Life Assurance or asimilar customer service-based industry desirable. Experience with New Businessand Policy Serving desirable.
