Health Care Assistant

Crovan Court Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities include;- - To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care. - Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users. - To support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in line with the Care Plan(s). - Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriately. - Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control. - Measuring effectiveness of Service Users' Care Plan(s) with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when required. - Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for privacy and dignity, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
