Member Support Advisor - 30863

Our client is seeking a Member Support Advisor to join their friendly team, on a permanent full-time basis. This opportunity is shift rota based and therefore you will need to be able to work flexible hours. Duties will include handling problems, enquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and to a full resolution and providing KYC checks and ensuring high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
