Job Description
Our client seeks a Customer Services Senior Administrator to join their claimsteam. Key Responsibilities: Review surrender/withdrawal forms from existingcustomers, including supporting documents such as AML and trust deeds. Processwithdrawal information on systems with a high degree of accuracy and inaccordance with product rules. Effectively communicate with advisers and salesteam regarding the status of withdrawals and the required information/documents.Peer check work items to confirm all in order. If so raise or authoriseinvestment instructions for dealing team. Authorise payments in line withcustomers instructions. Key Skills and Experience: Detail focussed, can workwith a high degree of accuracy. Good communication skills (written and verbal).Strong numerical skills.
